Living on the Central coast since 1983, Chef Charlie has grown with our community in the food and wine arena, helping to enhance the popularity of our celebrated growing region. The stories Charlie can tell! He is proud to be back with the CASS Family, as we team up to share our "Joy". Come share a glass and a bite, he looks forward to meeting you!

Cass does their own in-house catering and the food is to die for. If you're at all on the fence, stop by Cass and have lunch on the patio and try it for yourself. Everyone at our wedding was raving about the food.
